The "D" is completely filled in as far as I can tell. Is this an error and is it worth anything?

the mint mark is a broken post where the center of the mint mark device has broken off of the die. The zigzag on the B of LIBERTY looks like a circulation contact mark. It's nothing that was wrong with the die, it's just Post Mint Damage ( PMD) to the coin.
