I do not think it is a DDO.I checked all three sites with no matches.

IMO it's a slightly weak strike.
The pressure didn't quite cause the planchet to fill the die.
So they look flattened.

The mintmark locations are slightly different. Close, but not a match. Also I see no doubling.

I agree, normal looking steel cent. Please crop your photos to the edges of your coin. Too much wasted space otherwise.
