The vast majority of this coin seems immaculate but the low section of her cheek has quite the rash, I'd put it around MS65

Hello PNWType - Thank you for your valued opinion I am not sure if that would be enough to grade it as low as MS65. I am still sitting around MS66, I have seen coins with more scuffs than this grading at MS66+

The coin has roller marks on the bottom of the cheek and the luster appear to be soft luster from photos. MS64

The prominent roller marks may limit it to MS65+, but a great-looking coin!

Very nice GSA dollar. I'd say MS66. BTW, what type of GSA holder in the coin housed in?

Interesting range of opinions! Before I saw any replies I had a good study and compared it to existing coins that have been graded. I think it would grade about MS65, possibly MS64+. It is a really nice coin, it could be graded 66 on a good day but no higher due to the marks on the obverse.

Some sort of discoloration running downwards from the arrow heads through the field and across the wreath and beyond onto the L A R of the Dollar denomination. Looks almost like a spill of some sort? But for this I would easily give if a 66. The fields are pristine and yes the cheek scratches are quite prominent but the rest of the coin almost makes up for it. Eye appeal is excellent.

I can't get over the scuffed cheek. But the frostiness is fantastic. I'm still at MS64 because of that rash, but it might be a better 64 than many others.
