Looking for opinions on the , what I think, may be a flawed planchet on the obverse, tried to get the best pictures I could of the cracking. Also theres an incuse punch on the legend.. PMD perhaps...

It looks like someone started to drill a hole on the Obv or tried to punch through it. Huge D/C's on the Obv and I can' tell what is going on in from of Vicky's face. It doesn't look like a clash from the Rev ... maybe something with the die. Are thos marks raised? I don't know what the recess above her eye is except PMD. BTW, it's Turner # OG1-RD1, a pretty common 9/8 marriage on about 23% of the 9/8's. It's been heavily cleaned with some of the cleaning application stuck in the nooks and crannies. Heavily repunched "O" in One.

This looks like a lamination issue starting at the V and heading across Vickies nose, in front of her face and up towards the DE
