Seems to be a die crack. As for the value look at ebay sold listings.

Given the photo posted, it appears you have a die crack on the reverse. Is the linear feature raised?

You have a die crack on the reverse of your dime. Very little, if any, value I'm afraid, but you can search ebay's SOLD listings to see if you can find something similar that sold. Good eyes!
