They are just Wheat cents. Memorial cents started in 1959 and have the Lincoln Memorial on the reverse.

Well, since this post fell into the US Modern Coin Grading forum, I suspect there's interest in their grade. For grading, unfortunately, the photos are of little help. I'd guess they'd range from VG to XF, maybe one or two low AUs. Alas, all common, circulated wheat cents--some with crud.

Yep, typical circulated 1940Ds, but probably a new record for number of misrotated coins in one post.

Also I have what I believe to be a 1992 Close AM and a 1998 Close AM but I don't know where to get them authenticated
