John, I do believe the OP is talking about the Jaw, rather than the MM.

Not honestly sure on this one. However I don't think it's a "doubled jaw."

need an angled shot if it is flowing into neck then it is just md if it is raised then maybe

You are right SilverCents,don't know why I went right for the MM. I am going to go with die abrasion on the jaw.

It makes sense why you went for the MM first, I did the same too. The photo is positioned over it rather than the jawline, so it's understandable.
