Looks like a normal cent. The hub doubling is a bit different that year. A lot of small doubled dies on 'L' on Liberty. Doubled dye lids, and doubling on the '3' on the date.

Always good to check to see what is listed for certain years to know what to look for on that year.

Not a match. Markers don't mean anything if the hub doubling is not present. The Variety First, the Marker are just secondary to show die state (stage) of the coin.

Sometimes it takes the extra effort to see the images side by side to see what they saw as a doubled die. Of course all the rest of the devices were not affected, so looking at those were a waste of time. Always check to see the description to know what they see as a doubled die. Note the letters in white on the top of the side by side image.
