I found this cent and have no idea what to think of it. Could it be a brockage of some sort? There is an incuse strike of the reverse rotated approximately 100 degrees. It is mirrored with backwards letters. Also on the reverse is an underlying lump in the shape of Lincoln but mirrored. The lump lines up exactly with the obverse of the coin. The obverse is very flat, I don't know what that would mean in terms of authenticity though.
Any information is kindly appreciated!

Somebody put another coin on it and slammed it with a hammer.

Post mint damage. Backwards lettering and lack of rims scream PMD. Vise job.
