I apologize, when I use the first and large photo I realized it was not clear enough so I put the second one which is the same coin just a more clear image. The center leaf is what I am referring to being a doubled die like Samcoin said

I think this is just glare from lighting. Same 'doubling' shows on the cluster of olive leaves just above.

I understand how lighting can be deceptive, I use natural lighting other without light sources for that reason. It can be quite difficult sometimes but it is worth it in the long run. One of the reasons I posted the first close-up picture even though it was a little blurry you can still see without the glare on there this slightly raised spot.

Pointless trying to argue whether this is a DDR, lighting, MD, etc. until OP posts better photos, in my opinion. Please update with clear photos so we can provide more information, OP.

Well on the single squeeze dies, the affected area is near the center of the design. Sometimes the areas will look like part of the design, but not an exact copy of the devices. But will be raised above the design. On your coin is looks like it was flattened downwards. Here are a few more dime images:













Like on the Memorial cents, the DDRs are located on the center area on the bay with the Statue on the reverse. These will have areas affected on this area the most:


So the locations/strength and hub doubling can be varied a lot or little. On the quarters, one State has 176 DDRs on it reverse for that one state. So knowing where to look is something you can help yourself with by checking the site for what to look for on a doubled die that year/mint/design/obverse/reverse.
