Its hard to say with these photos exactly whats going on, for quarters the only known doubled dies are on the 1953's and 1955's I have searched thousands of dollars worth over the course of a year an half, box or two a week and have came up empty handed.
My advice, get yourself a cheap USB microscope if you havent already and pick up yourself a box of nickels.
Dimes (besides searching for silver) and quarters (besides silver) seem to be the denominations that rarely have anything good unfortunately.

from the photos I can't tell, it also looks like possible die chips on other letters in the coin, doubt it's doubling but could just be due to lighting outside.
