1856, VF-20
1883, VF-30
1868, because of the damage on the rim and shield I'm going to say F-15. Without the damage the coins looks to be VF-25.

The 1856 dime is harshly cleaned with VF details.
The 1883 dime looks abrasively cleaned and scratched with the details being obverse VF and reverse F.
The 1868 shield 5 cent piece looks orignal (especially compared to those dimes!) VF w/damage.

Those dimes could be re-toned somewhat with some good 'ole mother nature for a few months.

I went F-15 for the first dime, VF-30 for the second, and I have no idea how to grade Shield nickels.
