Can y'all help me out with your thoughts on this one, I see there are two DDR varieties but I don't see either of thenm mentioning the face which seems clearly doubled here...

Note the stars on the first image. That is showing Machine Doubling on these. So the other areas maybe partially MD or coin damage. I'm not seeing a doubled die on your coin. Same on images #2 & #3, Machine Doubling.

I suspect the double nostril is a hit that created something that resembles a second nostril. Given the distance between the two, if it were die doubling I'd expect to see a similar spread at the eye, but I don;t.
