I came across this Washington quarter tonight and I'm guessing this is a D mint and it looks to be a filled D or RPM. There's also a filled A on the reverse in America, the last letter. I'm unable to find anything about it but noticed there was a post about a year ago in regards to a filled D and the last a in America and their picture also looked filled. Any thoughts?

. The mint mark looks like circulation damage and wear as opposed to a filled/broken post. The A also looks like circulation wear.

Yes a little hard to assess the amount of circulation wear without overall pics of your coin, but these could be from circulation flattening or else broken posts on the die used to strike this coin.

Damage and maybe a broken die post.
