Help A Newbie With A 2018 Minnesota Voyageur Coin? Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Or Machine Error

My daughter passed away last month so I started this hobby to keep me busy. I have a 2018 Minnesota Voyageur coin that either looks like DDO or a machine error. Could someone please help me tell the difference? I am uploading a few pictures with some arrows to the errors I spotted. Thank you in advance for your help and kindness.
