Hi all,

I have a Gem 1951 D and trying to confirm if this is a FS-501?

Thanks!

The photos on the left are from Variety Vista. My coin is on the right.

If your coin is on the right in the two side-by-sides I would say your coin is not that variety. I see no evidence of an extra MM to the south on your coin.

As Petespockets55 said, no match. Look at your last closeup and you will see MD on the olive leaves, the mm and the last part of the word "QUARTER", when you see this in multiple places, it is typically MD. Shelf like, taking away from the original size of the devices.

I agree with the Machine Doubling. Note the stem above the mintmark area. It is showing the same Machine Doubling . Not a RPM.
