Bought this from a shop the other day. Sort of looks like it came from a special mint set with its finish but it also appears to have some sort of doubling on the reverse. could just be really heavy MD but figured this would be a good place to get some more opinions. hopefully these will be decent pics.

Just Machine Doubling. Your looking in the wrong areas for the hub doubling. Look at the centers of the devices, not on the outside/inside areas of the devices. Machine Doubling is caused on that area of the devices. We see this more on the larger denomination coins on the larger devices. Just a proof coin.
