I don't collect low or special serial numbers, but happened to acquire this one recently. Wasn't really paying much attention to the serial number, just looking at the note. Not a very low number, but it caught my eye later - 1040A. Guess it might be of interest for someone who collects serial numbers by IRS tax form numbers...
