VG-08 sounds right, but Miss Liberty looks more than just worn down — almost sanded or scuffed.

Fish scales are a pain to grade. Thin planchets, pancake strikes, abused in circulation - what's not to love?

IMHO, a bourse floor G/VG, but I'm at G-06 for numerical grade.
