I picked up this cent CRHing back in the 1980s I think, but have never found out the meaning of the rev sticker. Even with the interwebs and sites like tokencatalog.com, I'm still coming up with nothing. I do note that tokencatalog lists a few tokens with "Pinky's" on them, including a pink, plastic token, but none are a good match and none have that smiley face. Even a google search of "PINKY'S PENNY" comes up pretty much null.

Based on the wear, it seems to have circulated both before and after the sticker was applied, but I'm not so sure that the timeline points to anything related to the bicentennial celebrations of 1976.

Any thoughts folks on a source or direction for further research?
