Hello all, my dad and I have been collecting coins for a few years now, and today he found this in his change. It seemed odd to me that their would be a circle cutting through the lettering on the face at the same distance in from the edge as the circle on the back this is a 2020 D Weir Farm Quarter. I would like to know if this is an error, and if so what kind. Thank you very much

Looks like through perusing the forum, I've solved this myself sorry if I wasted time. Am I correct that this is a rolling damage?

. It is from a coin counting/wrapping machine damage. PMD.
