Thoughts On My 1977 Roosevelt Dime Possible Error Coin

Michael Joynt New Member United States 6 Posts	Posted 08/02/2021 09:32 am 1977 Roosevelt dime possible error coin that to me appears like it was struck with too much pressure and that squeezed the sides higher. The edge is smooth by the way, which is why I was assuming it got squeezed out in the die press. If it is an error coin how would I figure out its value? If it is just some weird counterfeit coin how would I know for sure? Report this Post to the Staff

You can see the reeded edge is missing, and that was done by someone or something after it left the mint.. Sorry, no added value. Report this Post to the Staff
