1995 Half Dollar " Captain Kennedy " Has Dual Bars On Collar/Neck

Roagan New Member United States 48 Posts	Posted 08/03/2021 10:18 pm Coin is still in sealed unc mint set. Saw what looked like parallel scratches on neck. Zoom shows they are raised bars ? Roagan New Member United States 48 Posts	Posted 08/04/2021 09:30 am Yes my pic had better view up close but to get it on here and down sized it lost the details may try again with new pic up close it looks like the top of the letter u? There are alse lots of small Cuds in various places. And behing the hut ead a faint double line of maybe this same mark ill try again soon. Should I make a new post or just revamp this one?
