I will try to get better pics this week.
It is the Shallow N Reverse variety, scarce in MS condition. I personally grade at 63RB, would be higher if not for the mark below the ear.

Does appear to be mint state, with the new obverse photo confirming good luster in the fields. Color looks close to Red but has faded enough to keep it in RB territory. No significant carbon spots which often limit the grade for uncirculated IHCs. How about MS-64RB. Very nice, scarce date IHC!

I decided to send this in and NGC put an MS65RB on it. It's a pop 1/0 coin at NGC! Also determined it is the S-13 with a RPD. Not a bad pickup for less than $850!!

AU58 Hmmm MS65RB? Sure looks like some minor wear on the high points.
