My personal vote: AU-55 Details Cleaned

PCGS's vote: AU-55 Straight

A very nice coin and a decent strike. There is deep toning around the perimeter of the coin, and the center is clear of any color. There are more scratches for a 55 than I'd like to see.

I noticed that the bust halves with the most beautiful peripheral toning usually have old cleanings. The fresh surface really brings that rainbow.
Suffering from bust half fever.

AU53 or 55. I'm leaning 55 due to the strong stars, date and lettering

I'm more in the XF-45 area for this coin.
Too many wear spots for an AU coin.

I was on the fence with AU53/55. Looking at it again I'm now on the AU50/53 fence fields certainly look to have more luster and less disturbances than I'd expect for AU50.

AU53 O-110 final answer.

Obverse looks AU . Reverse has some wear on the wing making me say XF-45. I think a net grade of AU-50 is warranted with very nice eye appeal.

MisterT not only refrained from detailing my coin, he nailed it on the grade. Kanga got it right too. This coin could easily have been called AU50, I think, but XF45 is also quite correct. There's just a hair too much wear for AU53. It'll get green-beaned.
