1950 P Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC Possible New Type II Counter Clash?

-makecents- Pillar of the Community United States 8896 Posts	Posted 08/08/2021 12:22 pm Found this while searching a coin album and wanted to get your take on it. Below the existing wheat stems, it looks like a possible, new, Type II counter clash. I do not see any letter transfer or anything on the obverse either. I never even considered concentric die scratches, thought I had something here. I've found several of those though but no lathe lines yet.
