1950 P LWC Possible New Type II Counter Clash?

Found this while searching a coin album and wanted to get your take on it. Below the existing wheat stems, it looks like a possible, new, Type II counter clash. I do not see any letter transfer or anything on the obverse either. Sorry for the orientation, it was the only way I could capture them.

Interesting, but there's not enough there to draw any firm conclusion.

Looks more like concentric die scratches. Too small to be a counter clash mark.

I was thinking concentric die scratches as well. I see them fairly frequently on the 1950's wheat cents, but not necessarily in that location.

Thank you for looking, Coop and Tanman. I never even considered concentric die scratches, thought I had something here. I've found several of those though but no lathe lines yet. Here's some of my finds, I have probably twenty or so of the 2019P, if anyone wants one, I don't mind sending it out.
