I see MD and possibly Struck Through Grease. Or, it may be an over polished die. I think it is MAD also. Let's see what the experts say.

It is more of an issue of weak design and die polishing. A lot of them look like that during that period.

The upper porches were polished away off the die or even the hubs.

If you're asking if it's RDV-007, it is not. The identifying mark is the vertical bar on right edge of the right balcony. Even if it were though, I have found these to be pretty common. About 1 in 10 1972 P/D nickels is an RDV-007 by my count. I have emailed James Wiles about changing the rarity to common on variety vista (I think it's currently listed as blue for "rare"), but so far he has not made the change.
