Hello, I hope y'all are doing well. I have a 2013 D penny and I see something unusual on it. I don't know if it's an error. I suck at identifying errors, that's why I'm here. I would like to use your knowledge and experience to know if this coin is considered an error coin and if it holds any value. I would appreciate you if you could share your knowledge with me. Thank you and have a good day.

If your referring to that raised ring, that is called a Ridge Ring caused by deteriorating dies.
Not an error, no extra value

to the CCF!

It looks like the coin has a Ridge Ring due to a worn die. This is common on the copper plated zinc cent as the mint seems to keep using the dies far beyond their useful working life. It's not really something you want to see on a coin and doesn't add any value. This is Die Deterioration/Fatigue and once it starts, every coin struck with that die will have the same problem with the resulting coins.

We just had a discussion on this a few minutes ago.

It is called ' Ridge Ring'. Same as the coin in this image, but a little later in die life on this one. Not premium for this. It would be asking a senior what his wrinkles were worth?
