Au58 or ms63 hard to decide but I'd go with au58 due to what I see as wear on the eagles wing.

MS63 tops. Definitely some strike weakness noticeable, this is what you're seeing at the B and E, along with other devices closest to the rim

In the MS-62 to MS-63 range. Graders are tough on Peace dollars so perhaps 62+ in a slab.
