Please forgive the pictures and bear with me. So I have 7 of these with the exact same die chip, bottom left reverse memorial, and 4 more, not as pronounced, (different stage of die chip?) yada. I get that typically, no big whoop on one coin but a bunch of them? Which is why I'm only including one full obv/rv pic of one and long shots of a few more because y'all know what's going on here and I'm not trying to be redundant. But this roll, all from Denver, have what I feel could be like a progression of not only that bottom corner reverse chip but then further to a different mark, it's a dent in the 8th bay of the memorial and further to something else on the top right outside of the memorial, with a couple having all of the above. I'm happy to photo these twenty or so coins if you think it's something I should do. If this is just noob master stuff, as you have already so graciously kinda told me, my apologies. I know, normal people would ask about the D, or why do I feel like they all look chubby on the date but I need to learn one thing at a time. If you read all that, I owe you a home cooked meal. Seriously.

Could be from the same die. One cool thing about the Lincolns from 1989 and older, you can use the mint mark location to compare and see if they are from the same die also. If so, the mm will be in the same EXACT location. You will also find certain years/series will have their weak points. The corners of the memorials are just that.

And I would also like to add those are the beat up ones. But some have great strong reverse memorial steps, others awesome clear dates but the Dapper P. Lincoln is mushy in most. Thank you again. If I find anything, I'll take y'all out and buy the drinks, sadly, I don't think it's in this roll. Unless 'The Denver Die Debacle of '61 as told by 20 coins' matters.

Here is another weak spot you will occasionally run across.

Nice! You had a few stages to do that one.

Yes. Mine was a 2006 plain. I had two rolls and found three examples. I'm make more if the GIFs but no site that I can post them on now, will be accepted here. So I stopping making them. Someday something might open up. My image host, used to accept them, but quit, so the previous was are still there and can be used. I just have to be patient.

That was cool coop. I've been wanting to try to do something like that with some of my Spike Heads.

The clue on how I made this example was I used the same base image, and cropped and layered the different cells over the first image. That way the color, and the location did change from layer to layer. The 4 examples I found were in two rolls of 2006 cents If I had later examples, I could have added them back then. So when you start, have everything ready.

Self trained on that program. You figure something out and make the cartoon to put into motion.
