We found a 1998 d dime with clad error, but upon inspecting it, there is a line going straight through the second 9 completely. Cannot find anything in searches. Do we have something rare? Have more photos but they are too large to uplo1ad. Will do my best to come back when

First thought is it looks like a lamination, but could be struck-through something.

Always photograph your coins directly overhead, and please, always show us both sides of your coin. Thanks.
