I have this for some long years and I just removed this set from its case. Hope you can help me to verify if this is indeed a DDO or might be a new one?

Hoping to hear back responses and opinions to all of our experts here.

Thank you in advance.

Did you check the reference sites for a match. I can't tell much with your photos, sorry.

Hi John, thanks for your reply. There's only one reference @ Variety Vista and it's PR-1-0-II-C but this one, at least in my point of view, has more hub doubling?

I am not seeing a DDO on your coin. Just a hint: When taking photos try and take them the exact same way they are displayed on a reference site. http://varietyvista.com/07%20Roosev...1SDDO001.htm

I see Medium/high bounce on the devices. There is no spread, thus I it not a DDO.
http://www.varietyvista.com/07%20Ro...1SDDO001.htm
Note on the DDO, the devices are enlarged and distorted. On this coin, the devices they are just normal sized.
Note on the example is a proof coin. Note the flat areas on the outside edges of the devices. (Noticed on 'Liberty')That is not part of the doubled die. That is Machine Doubling from the first strike, that was flattened by the second strike. Thus that is called: "Flat Field Doubling." If we had a second example you would not see the same flat field doubling that you see on this coin.
Note on the Description:

Quote:
Description: Light spread on date, designer's initials, and IN GOD WE TRUST.

Note there is no mention of "Liberty" being affected. So it is not part of the doubled die.
