Not sure if it's lighting issue, but the obverse does not show luster. The reverse is a little out of focus but shows some reflective light. Most of these are very ticky on the smooth portion of the head and face (high points). Yours has a couple of those common ticks on the forehead, cheek and neck. Question about the hit next to star 13 (right of the 9) that runs to the rim...is it deep or just mild?
I'm guessing MS64...at least 63.
