Like the title says this 1995p dime has what appears to be a obverse collar clash. It begins under IGWT, wraps around the collar behind LIBERTY and fades above roosevelts hair. This dime also has multiple cracks throughout the obverse and reverse of the coin. One crack travels from the rim into roosevelts hairline and travels down and exits into the rim below artist initials. Another crack travels from roosevelts neck through IGWT and connects with cracks traveling off his lower nose and chin and travel to the rim between IGWT and LIBERTY where the collar clash begins. It has a crack that travels from the rim behind roosevelts head, through the head, out of the eye and exits behind LIBERTY. Another crack extends from the rim behind the neck and meets up with other cracks on the cheek. It also has a crack running through the date and mint mark. Most of these cracks meet up on roosevelts cheek and then spider web in their own directions I'm not sure if there is something more going on within this coin or if the collar clash causes all these cracks throughout the obverse and reverse of this coin? Sorry for the long winded post everyone.
