I have this 1955 S Roosevelt dime that has an odd looking MM. It doesn't match the only picture I can find od a 55 S RPM very well. Do I have something or is it die wear or something else. Thanks for the help!

Those sideways scraping lines on the 'doubling' tell it all. An RPM will not have them. This is Machine Doubling, and the effect of the die sliding sideways on the design during the bounce.

Copper, I'm a little confused. A Repunched Mintmark has nothing to do with doubling. Did you respond to the wrong post?

No...what you have is Machine Doubling, not an RPM. I can tell it's Machine Doubling because of the lines on what you are seeing as the doubled mintmark.
