What is the size and weight?

Not much help, but it isn't a Henry VIII farthing, as his farthings had a portcullis on the front, not a portrait. It might be his halfpenny, though.

First coinage / transitional had the portrait until 1526 .
The weight is 0.29 . Size 11mm with diameter of inner beading 8mm which is henry vii size beading ? Leaning 80% to vii

Yes I'd go with a clipped/chipped halfpenny.

If it was Henry VIII, the obverse legend would be HDG ROSA SIE SPIA, with the A of ROSA at the bottom, which matches what looks to be an A at the bottom of the obverse on your coin. Henry VII had HENRIC DI GRA REX, which doesn't fit that.

Possibly London mint with nothing in the fields.
