Hello

Deb here... I have been looking at face of 1958 penny.
Couldn't figure out why I've been going back wondering why it looked off?
My question is" Does this even look like Lincoln's face? The nose and forehead look like another person.
What I'm getting at is does it appear to be over another coin?

Not struck over another coin. That is pretty much impossible.
It could be from overpolishing or partially grease filled.
Nothing too major but keep it if you like as it is the last year of the wheaties.

Normal coin with surface corrosion and grease or polishing effects.
