Second, for sure this piece is relatively modern, but replicates images from an ancient coin, perhaps Greece? I've had trouble identifying that LV as a maker's mark. Hopefully we get someone else to weigh in with more info. Something like this example on biddr. Perhaps "LV" is a catalogue or display number from a museum, and these replicas were sold by the museum as souvenirs.
