I am going to go out on a limb here and have to say it's not. The MM positioning and rotation does not coincide with any to VV's listings. The condition of the coin is also forcing me to say that this is a combination of a PMD hit causing the separation of what 'looks like' a spit serif at the top of the MM (which I just can't bring myself to terms with and I believe it is nothing more than a hit) and then the outline of what looks like an additional MM, which we can see, I believe is either Mechanical Doubling or Die Deterioration Doubling. Just my take and humble opinion on this one. Report this Post to the Staff

You can see, due to MD, the split underneath spared from the damage. The line causing the upper split is visible down to the middle of the MM. I've illustrated it here.
