Looking through some Morgan dollars, trying to learn about VAMs I found this 1886 with what appears to be a die clash on the reverse. Is this in fact a die clash and what grade range would you consider for this coin. Thanks dcas
usually sharp this 86(P) is a tad short especially the reverse on the left wing tip and the leaves around the ribbon area. under that toning she looks like her luster is intact but its very difficult to determine that on the cheek. the eye appeal is not bad but not great as the toning is starting to move to the black in areas. could be a fingerprint on the reverse at K9 under UNITED. a few minor scratches on both sides. if the luster is not broke then MS64, if not MS63+
