Thanks Mr Finger... I think he is wrong by the looks of it it is a worn down 54. I will see if he sells his for his ask.

Yep it's a 54.

Most of the time basic exonumia sells for around $1.00 a piece. Can't seem to find any info so far on this piece

I made him an offer for his. I wish I could remember what the lady that spent mine at the store looked like. I might start collecting them...well at least the cheap ones. I'm kind of interested in the mystery of it... I have seen some bills as well. No one seems to know anything about them other that they might have been part of a toy drive. Mine is the only one dated 56 I have seen.

Well still in the dark about this lil guy but I am quiet partial. I made an offer to the ebay seller and she very rudely declined. I don't see her getting $20 for it. She has relisted at least a couple times.
