I need opinions on this coin. I am trying to decide if this is a 1976-D DDO. There is definitely a notch on the I in liberty. It does not look like moved metal but could be. Thanks

Not a DDO. Bottom right of the I is normally like that,compare it to other 1976-D cents.4th pic also shows PMD on the I.

The movement of metal (wave) is seen towards the right side of that device. So this is not a doubled die or an error, but damage to that device. A doubled die would show on the other devices in a similar fashion.

Note that many devices on this die was altered, not just one individual one. Also the motto is affected on this die. Take a look on the link above.
