They'll get a notification if you add it to your coins on PCGS or NGC registry set. nfine Pillar of the Community United States 3484 Posts	Posted 08/31/2021 4:43 pm I've run into this a couple of times. Send PCGS an email and let them know the cert is is a private registry, they will reach out to the person who has it registered. If the previous owner does not release it after a period of time, PCGS will release it. You will be notified when it's released. Report this Post to the Staff
