All right I guess I just can't get it I just don't understand how to tell if it's double die or not so confusing but I'll get it one day can you guys help me out with any of these or at least look like they are possible a double die at the end of every reverse stars another coin w/1992. thank you

None are doubled dies. All are either late die state, some have split plating issues after the strike. and some LDS with Machine Doubling. None have a premium. Just spendable. coins.
The DDO have enlarged devices:

Often noticed more on the closed devices that marks that area smaller in size. (Note the red arrows)
