Let me know what you think of this 1889 Morgan. It has some nice luster when spinning in the light. I have identified it as a VAM-24 (double ear) according to VAMWORLD.

I'll say AU-55, perhaps 58. The surfaces don't quite look original to me.

the 89(P) can be a little soft so some of what we are seeing here is a little weak on strike. AU55 and possibly 58

Thanks! I was sitting around the same AU55-58 myself. I always worry that I over estimate the grades. Then I worry I may over correct my estimate. lol

AU-58 with a old dip I think but I think it would straight grade , maybe downgraded to 55

AU-58. A great grade for collectors since you get all the beauty of an MS piece, and usually lots of luster, at some very affordable price points!
