I ran across this from my father's stuff and have no idea about it. Is it worth anything?

There are also four letters missing.
Looks like a partially Grease Filled Die
Hard to give a value when there is no date

I enlarged your photo for easier viewing and
marked the missing letters

Just lots of Grease Filled Die stuff. Doesn't make it worth a lot but some error hunters would pay a decent amount for that.

Based on the photos, I can probably narrow down the dates from 1860 to 1864 type 1 based on the color.
And , it looks like a Greaser to me.

Agreed, looks like the 1860-1864 copper nickel composition. A Greaser in this condition may be worth a couple bucks to the right person. This coin looks like it suffered from damage and minor corrosion.
Suffering from bust half fever.

Funny how specific letters and a digit are missing. I see damage in a couple places where the letters should be, like a vaguely A-shaped dent after AMERIC, so I'm wondering if it might have been intentional.
