Doesn't have any discoloration as would one normally if this was a heat issue but I'm fairly new at this and simply do not know. Any value?

The bubbling is a sign of being overheated.
No value as it is considered damage.

Just a face value coin. Just like a wrecked car is not a factory error, a damaged coin is not a mint error as it happened after the strike.
