So why does the rim look like that? It is a collar clash issue, but seeing why helps to know what caused it: Note the lower two images. That is damage to the outside edge of the die on the gutter area of the die. Thus the die was not centered/moved away from center and the outside edge of the die made contact with the reeds on the collar, thus adding those lines. When the die was used, the lines on the outside gutter area adds these marks on the inside of the rim during the strike. Nice find. Now you know the cause.
