Lower serial numbers don't usually have a premium for National Bank Notes (well, with the exception of a serial #1), as the print runs at many of the smaller banks was very small to begin with. My T1 and T2 1929 series $20 notes I picked up a while back both have apparently low serial numbers but both also had small print runs, especially the T1 note. No premium, but I still like them!

I like both of them. Are there any notations on the backs of the holders ?

No annotations on either. I just took a quick picture when I had my album out to insert another note I just received, and didn't notice until later there were a lot of reflections on the holders. The lighting was not very good which didn't help, either...
