Can't tell Zach. For us to be able tell you need to let us know what and where you see doubling and either on Obverse or Reverse.
Clear closeups of the area sure helps also.

Looks normal to me. Not seeing a variety coin from images provided.

Given the somewhat soft nature of the photos posted, I'm not seeing any evidence of a doubled die or RPM.
